1. Scope of Authorized Services
Our security testing tools, including the Phishing Simulation Sandbox, are designed solely for educational security validation and behavioral threat training. You represent and warrant that:
- You are accessing our tools on behalf of a legitimate organization that you have authority to bind.
- Any email addresses inputted into our report panels belong to users who have granted explicit consent for testing within your organization.
- You will not utilize our scanning telemetry to conduct reverse engineering, unauthorized attacks, or malicious footprint profiling.
2. Limitations of Liability
NEW RIVER INC. makes every effort to provide accurate threat logs, vulnerability scans, and security guides. However, cyber threats evolve rapidly. We provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall NEW RIVER INC. be held liable for any data leaks, network interruptions, or compliance failures resulting from external security breaches.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All software logic, SVG assets, CSS variable frameworks, and UI components utilized inside the River Guard Monitor are the proprietary property of NEW RIVER INC. and are protected by US and international copyright standards.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively within courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
